Newsletters - If a customer wishes to subscribe to any of our newsletters, we ask for contact information such as name, email address and/or contact number.

Surveys and Contests - From time to time our site requests information from customers and viewers of the web site via surveys and contests. Participation in these surveys and contests is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose the requested information. Information requested may include contact information i.e. name, email address, contact number etc. and demographic information i.e. zip code, age level etc. Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey Information will be used for purposes of monitoring and improving the use and satisfaction of this site.

Special Offers - I send all new members to our newsletters, and coaching a welcoming email to verify password and username. Established members will occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals and The Profit Forecaster Newsletter. Out of respect for our customers we offer the option to not receive these types of communications.

Site and Services Updates - I also send the customer site and service announcement updates. Members are not able to unsubscribe from service announcements, which may contain important information about the service or product. We communicate with the customer to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account via email or phone. In every respect we value you as a customer of visioninvesting.com and will highly respect and guard your rights to receive pertinent and timely information.

Correction/Updating Personal Information - If a customer's personally identifiable information changes (change of address, email address, contact number etc.) or if a customer no longer desires our services, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct , update or remove that customer's personal data provided to us. This can be done by emailing us at customerservice@visioninvesting.com or calling us toll free 888-686-6886.

Choice/Opt-out - Customers who no longer wish to receive our newsletters may opt-out of receiving these communications by replying to the email and placing "unsubscribe me" in the subject line of the email or email us at support@notescashcenter.com.

Notification of Changes - If for any reason there is a change of policy in any and all of the policies of RESQ 2 The Point Education Ctrs, LLC we will post these changes on our homepage so our customers are always aware of what information we do and do not collect, how we use it, and under what situations, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we make any type of changes to the policies our customers always have the option to opt-out of anything they are now receiving from notescashcenter.com.
